Where We Ship From

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Indonesia.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch.

Shipping Partners

International orders are shipped via FedEx International.
Domestic orders within Indonesia are shipped using trusted local courier services.

All shipments are fully tracked. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order value.
We use tiered shipping rates so that customers who spend more are rewarded with reduced shipping costs.

Indonesia (Domestic)

  • Standard Shipping: Rp 35,000
  • FREE shipping on orders over Rp 250,000
  • Bali: Free Shipping via GoJek & Grab 

Asia (e.g. Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan)

  • 170,000
  • Orders Rp 1,500,000 – Rp 2,999,999 → Rp 245,000
  • Orders Rp 3,000,000 and above → Rp 170,000

International — UK / USA / Canada

  • Orders under Rp 1,500,000 → Rp 800,000
  • Orders Rp 2,500,000 – Rp 2,999,999 → Rp 560,000
  • Orders Rp 3,000,000 and above → Rp 390,000

Oceania (Australia, New Zealand)

  • Orders under Rp 1,500,000 → Rp 980,000
  • Orders Rp 1,500,000 – Rp 2,999,999 → Rp 685,000
  • Orders Rp 3,000,000 and above → Rp 480,000

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch:

  • Asia-Pacific: 2–4 working days
  • UK & Europe: 3–5 working days
  • USA & Canada: 3–6 working days
  • Rest of World: 4–8 working days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, peak shipping periods, or local courier delays.

At this time, next-day international delivery is not available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, local import duties or taxes may apply and are charged by customs upon delivery.
These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Receiving Your Order

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, FedEx may allow you to reschedule directly using your tracking link.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
